Cheating...And Why I Hate It.
((When I say "You" I do not mean the reader. Just clearing that up))
((When I say "You" I do not mean the reader. Just clearing that up))
Now, "Cheating" is a very broad topic. Whether it is Cheating in school, Cheating in a relationship, or even Cheating while playing cards, etc.
So each of these topics is going to get covered, in every single reason why I hate it.
Cheating in school (especially college)
There should absolutely be no reason to be cheating in any school, ESPECIALLY College. You fuckin' graduated high school!! You should know what you're doing by now, unless you fucking had everyone doing your shit for you (which there are cases in my graduating class I saw this). So coming up to someone, or texting them asking to see their answers for a test, or homework, is just mind blowing to me. Why would you even come to college if you're just going to cheat your way through? Grow up! There is no way you can cheat your way through your profession, and if you have others doing your work for you, you're going to end up without a job. Taking credit for what other people have done is unforgivable and heartless.
I know, if I was a professor, or a boss i would make all the students show me their work for EVERYTHING; or I would test my employee on what they handed in. "Oh my, I don't know this word. What does it mean?" Sort of deal. Every generation after me just seems to be going down hill and expects everyone to hand them everything on a silver platter. I know I am sounding like an 80 year old right now, but god damn. It's sad when a person who is only 1-5 years older than these people, realizes how bad these next generations are. I hate people like that, who thinks the world owes them something, or expect their parents to pay for everything. Or expect others to do for them when they do nothing in return.
Also, immaturity gets on my nerves, especially. Giving little quips after something doesn't go their way, or that they were challenged with something because they don't know what else to do. My words to these people who act like 5 year olds, no matter how old they are "Grow the hell up"
And a note from my other posting: If you're so sound in your religious beliefs, my words and beliefs shouldn't bother you in the least bit. It should not have you try to force your opinion onto me, it should not force you to act like a 5 year old because I voiced my views. Nor should you agree with someone when they but into our conversation just because it makes you seem like you were right. And when I say "I am sorry for causing drama", it's only to make you feel better, not because I really meant it :)
Cheating in a Relationship.
Ohhh this is one thing that really pisses me off. And one thing I could rant about forever, but i'll try to keep it short. If you are with someone, you should stay faithful to that one person, unless you are tired of said person, in which case advice: "Dump them" or "Divorce them". It's better than fucking leading them on while you're off with another person. Now the relationships that both people are cheating on each other, SEPARATE. Is it really that difficult? If you dislike each other that much, just get rid of each other.
Cheating ruins lives, believe me. My brother was cheated on by his whorey wife I would say, four times? While she was working, that is. And apparently, she doesn't have any taste in men because the guy who she left my brother for looks like a dick, oh and...he's 12 years older than her? Sooo, sugar daddy! In which case, she is now being a total bitch and keeping my two adorable nieces away from my family. Oh, and the guy is such a winner too (after doing some research) we found he had charges pressed for terroristic threats, he's lived almost everywhere you could imagine, and he's a complete and total dickhead who thinks his attitude makes up for his tiny penis (aka. tiny penis issues).
Story short, if you're unhappy with the person you're with, and you feel the urge to cheat on them, just leave them. Dump them, divorce them, go to counselling or something. It ruins the home, it ruins the mind, it ruins trust, plus if you go off with someone else and come back to the person you're with, I wouldn't be surprised if diseases got transferred.
Now the misdemeanor of it all..
Cheating while playing cards.
If you're with a group of friends and you cheat just for the laughs, I don't think it's a big deal. Your friends may get pissed, but that's the end of that. Now, when money is involved it's a completely different story (especially if you're in a casino). I highly highly highly suggest not cheating in any games involving money. Go with the probability of each game and go on "luck". Or play quarter machines, that works too. Even if you think you're slick, believe me, you're not.
Cheating in any sense is horrible and wrong. If you had any morals or any ethics what-so-ever you would realize that cheating is the worst thing you can do in this world. You get into the habit of others doing work for you, you expect that for the rest of your life, and well, you're fucked. You cheat in a relationship, you tear it apart and essentially burn it, ruining it forever. Whether one cares about that or not, is personal perspective. But, keeping a nice record of not cheating, and being a good candidate for a spouse always looks nice when wanting to settle down. Plus, you won't be looked at as a whore, or labeled as a "cheater"; once a cheater always a cheater.
I don't agree with that last sentence. Once a cheater always a cheater. People change. They grow. They evolve and mature. I remember a specific time in my physics class where I told the teacher my test was being cheated on. (the seats are tiered) He didn't believe me, so I intentionally got every question wrong. Nine other people failed. All of them had the same answers that I did. And one of them was my buddy Cyrus. I asked him why he cheated and he kind of broke down. He got a little emotional and told me a sob story about his home life. I basically told him to shut up and that it doesn't matter. And I can honestly say, I don't think that he's ever cheated since. He seemed really upset that he'd allowed himself to cheat.
ReplyDeleteAlso, for the record, I DON'T CHEAT AT MONOPOLY!!! :)
